Born in Spain, Jordi Raga Francés studied Arts in Spain, Italy, Mexico and Greece during the last decade. Obtained the Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts in Valencia and got a scholarship to study in Carrara (Italy) marble sculpture.
After moving to France to work on Heritage Restoration he found a way of living, travelling and meeting other cultures that greatly influenced his artistic output. That path dragged him to work in the Acropolis of Athens and later to England where he worked both in Gloucester and Canterbury Cathedrals.
He has taken part in a number of Sculpture Symposiums, exhibited in Europe and has work in both public and private collections. He currently lives and works in London, UK.
